I hired Bio-One of Pittsburgh to clean up after a plumbing disaster and sewage back up in my basement. The Bio-One crew did a wonderful job providing this clean up. They were attentive and respectful of the tenant’s belongings. They arrived promptly as promised, they answered all my questions and did a beautiful job! The basement smelled fresh and looked great. I was satisfied with their price and trusted them in the home. Thank you Bio-One!!

Nick and his team were very responsive and discreet during a really difficult time. Nick moved around his schedule to come out and meet me at my property and was very knowlegeable regarding next steps. Nick also provided advice, which helped me to get our homeowner’s insurance to cover the cost of his service. I would 100% recommend using Nick and his team at Bio-One.

Bio-One (Nick) went above and beyond to help us. Not only was their service almost immediate, the personnel were friendly, easy to speak with, and offered assistance where I had additional difficulty. Nick made an awful situation a little bit easier to bear. I truly appreciate his kindness and exceptional customer service. Kay Persing

No one wants to need clean-up services, but it was great to have Nick and Bio-One available. Right from coming over to see the job the same day I called, Nick was compassionate and helpful. When his team showed up they showed the same sensitivities and did a great job. I don't have a single complaint and am totally happy with the quality of the work that was performed. I'm thrilled it's taken care and I'm so grateful to have found Nick & Bio-One.
