We never dreamed that full service to them would not only be reliability, efficiency and hard work but also kindness and respect. What could have been a tense and depressing time was the opposite. I had a family member who became very depressed and lived in his car for 3 months. He had to be hospitalized and I became responsible for him. His car was parked at an emergency room filled with any and everything. I didn't know what to do to with the mess/smell from the car.
