I had a family member who became very depressed and lived in his car for 3 months. He had to be hospitalized and I became responsible for him. His car was parked at an emergency room filled with any and everything. I didn't know what to do to with the mess/smell from the car. I found Nick Phelps of Pittsburgh Bio-One on-line and asked if his service included autos. He had never done a car but was very quick to come to look at it and give me an estimate. I became very emotional every time I talked about the state of the car and he was very understanding and compassionate. He took the car and in less than 24 hours had done an amazing job of cleaning, disinfecting and deodorizing WITHOUT JUDGMENT. He is a great guy and I can't thank him enough.
